What This Privacy Policy Covers |

This policy covers how adSort treats personal information that adSort collects and receives, including information related to your past use of adSort services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

Information Collection and Use |

adSort collects personal information when you register with adSort, when you use adSort products or services, when you visit adSort pages. adSort may combine information about you that we may have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, address, and zip code. Once you register with adSort and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

adSort collects information about your transactions with us including information about your use of products and services that we offer.

adSort automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP Address (When your web browser or email application requests a web page or email from another computer on the Internet, it automatically gives that computer the address where it should send the information. For most users accessing the Internet from a dial-up Internet service provider (ISP), the IP address will be different every time you log on.), adSort cookie information (A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive.), and the page you request.

Inviting Friend |
|
You can invite others to join with adSort directly in adSort by entering their names and email addresses. This information will be used by adSort to send your invitation along with a message that you write. The names and email addresses of people that you invite will be used only to send your invitation and reminders. |

Email Communications |
|
adSort generally communicates with you as a registered member of adSort through the primary email that you have specified at the time of registration. Your email and password are never shared with anybody within or outside adSort. adSort uses this email address to send you the following types of communications: |

Sending you emails related to the proper functioning of your account (for example: when you receive a response to a classified you have posted on adSort)

Sending you newsletters that you have subscribed

Sending you occasional announcements about changes in adSort policies or promotions introduction of new services

Please note that these email communications may contain commercial messages of advertisers; however, adSort does not provide your personal information or emails to any of the advertisers; we just include the advertising banners they provide us in the emails that we send. As always you can opt out of the newsletters or promotional announcements. |

It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information when required by law. We will disclose such information wherein we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, or other legal process served on our company or to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. |

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

- You can edit your adSort account information, including your preferences at any time. You can also delete your account through the adSort website by sending your request to admin@adSort.com with your login and primary email address. Your request will be processed within 5 business days.

- We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the newsletter, that are considered part of your adSort account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
